"Vecchia Firenze"(Old Florence), newly constructed and equipped with lift is located on the third floor within an old building from the 1500s. It looks onto one of the most beautiful squares in Florence which is full of old artisan and antique shops that render characteristic and charming the quarter named San Frediano.
The "Vecchia Firenze" offers rooms furnished with high class features such as period furniture original paintings and mirrors in addition to having all the comforts like air conditioning - private bathroom - hairdryer - satelite TV.
So that you can stay in complete freedom at the "Vecchia Firenze" you will be given the keys to your appartment. In this way you will be able to come and go as you please, just as if you were at home.
Very near to all the main sights and museums of Florence such as The Old Bridge, Pitti Palace and The Uffizi Gallery, the "Vecchia Firenze" is ideal for a stay which takes in history, art and romanticism.
Cómo llegar
For those travelling by car, you wil need to take the motorway exit for Firenze-Certosa and then follow the signs for Florence as far as Porta Romana Square and then take Via Romana as far as Via San Agostino. (It will be neccessary that you let us have the car registration number so as to acquire the (ZTL) permit which will allow the car to enter the area for the purposes of unloading and loading luggage).
If you want to park the car nearby, we have an agreement with a garage beside the rentroom.
For those arriving by train you can take the bus Linea D which stops at Santo Spirito Square.

Affittacamere Vecchia Firenze EL HOTEL, MAL ASI LLAMADO, ES UN PISO DE 5 HABITACIONES DENTRO DE UN EDIDIFICIO DE OTROS USOS. NO DISPONE DE RECEPCIÓN NI DE DE NINGÚN TIPO DE SERVICIO. SE REDUCE A UN SEÑOR QUE ALQUILA HABITACIONES.

Affittacamere Vecchia Firenze I asked for twin beds and was given a double, with no explanation. Breakfast, although adequate, was disappointing. Had to wait 45 minutes for keys on arrival. However, hotel was very clean and given the price, I have no complaints.

Affittacamere Vecchia Firenze The hotel was really more than we expected, especially considering the price. The room was quite big, well equipped and clean, the bathroom clean and modern as well. There are just two points, I'd like to mention: 1. We had a room out front and since it was quite a lively place there is a lot going on in the summer at night (restaurant and people talking etc. - no cars or traffic though). 2. The breakfast is typcially Italian and therefore different from the one we knew from back home ;-) Everything considered, I would recommend this place anytime!

Affittacamere Vecchia Firenze Une très bonne adresse : des chambres jolies et propres. L'hôtel est situé dans le centre historique, les hôtes sont discrets et sympathiques. J'y retournerai lors de mon prochain voyage à Florence que j'espére proche !...

Affittacamere Vecchia Firenze 1) Das Zimmer ist sehr laut, keine Nachtruhe möglich wegen der gegenüberliegenden Disco und dem Aufbau von Marktständen in den frühen Morgenstunden ab 4.00 Uhr. Nach Schluss der Disco geht das Gejohle auf dem Piazza erst richtig los und wird abgelöst von dem Lärm der Marktständen. 2) Ab dem zweiten Tag war kein Wasser im Badezimmer und der Toilette 3) Ausgesprochen schlechter Service - ausländische Angestellte an der Rezeption mit schlechtem Italienisch, konnte keinerlei Informationen geben z.B. Garage war nebenan, wußte nicht, dass es eine Garage gibt u.a. m. 4) Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war richtig beschrieben und o.k.
