Class, elegance and style, at competitive prices, these are the characteristics of HVS hotels. Our house "Mother", the Hotel Serene Villa, is located, in center, in one of the most beautiful zones of the "city-garden" of Marghera-Venice. It has been recently renowed and this has exalted the old splendor of this villa veneta. It is 7 kilometers from the historical center of Venice, 500 meters from the station of Mestre-Venice and 1200 meters from the highway exit Venice. The hotel is equipped with every comfort and offes its guests also wide free private parking.

The rooms are fine furnished in venetian style equipped with balcony or terrazzo, all with bath in room, hair dryer, air conditioning, frigobar and safe.

Near the hotel you will find many restaurants offering meat and fish specilaties.

Albergo Villa Serena The hotel was very clean and quiet. Most of the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Just a heads up, the internet was only in the lobby.

Albergo Villa Serena My wife and i spend 3 nights in this hotel. It is located a few km from Venice. Rooms were spacious enough for a short stay, clean and quiet. Free car parking.

Albergo Villa Serena Hoteliers are nice and polite host. The place is not luxurious but clean and comfortable. The hotel is a good spot for both the Venice lagoon and the highway.

Albergo Villa Serena To inform the customers if there are some differences between their requirements and the real conditions in the hotel. The inconvenients are referring to: the matrimonial bed (which is formed by two beds, not a single bed), about the bathroom (which is very small and is difficult to take a shower in a so small space) and the lack of glasses in the room (is difficult to accept plastic glasses in a so elegantly environment!)

Albergo Villa Serena What a treasure! It was sad to have to leave the hotel for the day and go to Venice. It's such a nice hotel with beautiful views and wonderful staff. Everything from the room to the breakfast was perfect!

Albergo Villa Serena Pur avendo pagato per una tripla lo stesso importo (110€ notte) di altri alberghi a Ferrara, a Verona ed a Bologna .... non c'era assolutamente rapporto fra prezzo e qualità delle stanze offerte rispetto alle altre destinazioni. Camera con bagno esterno (anche se immediatamente fuori dalla porta), bagno privo di piatto doccia (solo scarico al centro del pavimento che ovviamente dopo una doccia rendeva il locale impraticabile) no colazione al tavolo, ma solo al banco bar. In compenso il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci è sembrato strano che per come è carina la struttura e per l'estetica esterna delle altre camere a noi siano capitate tre camere tutte tanto scadenti. Comunque l'albergo è ben collegato con Venezia.

Albergo Villa Serena Das Hotel liegt nicht in Venedig selbst aber durch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist man schnell da, das Personal war mit Informationen diesbezüglich und überhaupt sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war wohl klein aber in Ordnung, sauber und gut ausgesttatet. Unsere Bewertung fällt sicherlich positiv aus
