A delightful and well equipped apartment in the historical centre of Bellagio with a characteristic veranda terrace, partially overlooking the lake. Only a few steps away from the lake and the amenities of the town.
Completely renovated, just a few meters from the lake, the boat landing and the bus stop, next to many shops, restaurants, banks, chemist's shop and parking areas.
Swimming pool, tennis and public beach are at about 10 minutes walking distance.
Open all year round.
The apartment features kitchen, sitting room with possibility to add double davenport and cot for enfats up to 2 years old, twin or double room, bathroom with shower, balconies, one of them with partial lake view.
Cómo llegar
In the historical centre of town in a quiet position. La Contrada is situated in the characteristic historical centre of Bellagio. It is in a limited-traffic zone and is accessible only to residents or hotel guests.
Customers must inform the hotel of their car registration number when they check in in order to inform the local police to get the authorization to access the city centre.

Appartamento La Contrada Although the apt and the town require several stair steps, it it really in a great location, with a small, buy lovely balcony off of the living room with a beautiful view of the lake.
Appartamento La Contrada This apt would be very challenging for someone with limited mobility.

Appartamento La Contrada Prior to our visit they were very happy to answer our email questions on how to get to the apartment from Milan and this was very helpful. The apartment was very clean and very close to all the amenities in Bellagio.

Appartamento La Contrada L'appartement est absolument refait à neuf, il est très agréable et confortable. On peut prendre le café sur le petit balcon fleuri et voir une petite partie du lac. A proximité, il y a une superette-épicerie fine où l'on trouve de très bon produits : raviolis, pâte fraîche, buffala etc ...et en face un très bon boucher ainsi qu'une légumerie. Le village est animé mais pas fatigant, il y a de nombreuses boutiques et de bons petits restaurants. Le cadre est magnifique, et grâce aux nombreux bâteaux, on peut visiter tous les villages du lac ainsi que des supers sites : villas Serbelloni, villa Melzi, villa Carlotta etc..., jardins, musées, églises. On peut faire également des ballades à pieds et l'on peut se baigner. La voiture n'est pas indispensable. C'est un endroit de rêve fait pour la détente. Nous recommandons l'appartement La Contrada et Bellagio.
