The Astoria Residence Hotel is a modern building to be found a stone's throw from the station of Parma and from the centre of the city. It offers 88 soundproofed rooms, breakfast room, lounge, meeting room, large covered garage and nearby restaurant.
The room is ideal for meetings up to a maximum of 30 people.
The 1000 square metre covered car park which is at street level is also security controlled with video cameras. Suitable for cars and coaches.
Small sized animals are welcome. The hotel can offer a small bed for the night and food for our four legged friends. Please mention if you are bringing pets when booking.
All the rooms are equipped with the latest facilities, satellite TV, minibar, telephone, hairdryer, and safe. 10 of these were completed in 2004 and are classified as superior as they offer furnishings and services of a higher level.
The buffet breakfast offers hot and cold drinks and wide variety of cakes and snacks.
The "San Barnaba Restaurant" is nearby the hotel. It offers typical specialities in a very friendly atmosphere. For groups it is possible to organize lunches and dinners in the hotel.
Situated close to the station of Parma and 200 metres from the city centre and most important monuments (Palazzo della Pilotta, Teatro Regio, the Curch of the Steccata, the Cathedral and Baptistry) the hotel is also perfectly placed for reaching the airport and motorway.

Astoria Residence Hotel La habitación nos pareció excelente en cuanto a espacio, limpieza y servicios. El personal fue muy agradable, simpático y servicial en todo momento. El desayuno ha sido lo único deficiente, a nuestro parecer. Los zumos de fruta no son naturales y, en su caso, de muy mala calidad. La bollería (croissants, bizcocho) también de poca calidad. Por lo demás, nuestra satisfacción ha sido completa.

Astoria Residence Hotel The Astoria is located only minutes from the train station. Clean and refined hotel. Very good breakfast. I'd definetely stay there again.

Astoria Residence Hotel We were 2 adults and 2 kids travelling to Parma. We were warmly greated by the staff( professional and helpful). Our room was very clean and quiet. We would definetely return.

Astoria Residence Hotel The hotel is located only a few km from the city centre to reach either by bus or by car. Rooms were rather dated but very clean and with comfortable beds. Positive experience.

Astoria Residence Hotel It is located about 3 km from the city centre. Rooms are simple but clean. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I'd probably stay there again.

Astoria Residence Hotel On arrival at the hotel we were greeted straight away and informed about everything that the hotel had to offer. There was also no pressure to pay straight away . The hotel is a stones throw away from the railway station and only a few minutes walk from the main centre of Parma. We bought the obligatory tourist map and found that we were situated in an excellent position to see the city. In a weekend we saw everything and overall were extremely impressed. We did inform the hotel that we would not hesitate to stay there again. The only downer would be that the mini bar prices we found to be a bit high compared with prices in the local cafes but you can't have everything. Excellent all round.

Astoria Residence Hotel While our staying was only for one night, we could be relaxed there so much. I was worried about the noise from outside a little because the hotel was pretty near to the main station and road. However we did not hear anything from the out. The staffs were very nice and it made us feel comfortable. We were also satisfied with their breakfast. Nothing special but all you wanted were there anyway.

Astoria Residence Hotel Ubicazione perfetta per chi arriva in treno, si trova vicino la stazione ed il centro. La camera molto confortevole, veniva pulita quitidianamente. Colazione completa di tutto, per tutti i gusti, dolce o salato.

Astoria Residence Hotel Idealmente situato vicino la stazione ed il centro citta'. Camere semplici e pulite. Noi viaggiavamo con bimbi piccoli e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
