Guest House San Frediano Lucca

The Guest House San Frediano is situated in the heart of Lucca within a beautiful 17th century building, renovated in 2005. It is situated only 50 meters away from the basilica of San Frediano, a few steps away from the extremely central street of via Fillungo and evocative square “Piazza dell'Anfiteatro romano” (Roman amphitheatre).

As well as the reception there is a comfortable Louis XV style reading room and an internet point available to guests.

The B&B is located inside a pedestrian zone, and for this reason it is possible to reach us by car for loading and unloading purposes only. There is a free car park only 5 minutes by foot from the B&B or a partnered private garage 10 minutes away.

The rooms are very spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with every kind comfort to guarantee a perfect stay.

The surrounding area, as well as having typical shops, has an abundance of great restaurants, taverns and traditional eateries, among which the most well known are Buca di Sant'Antonio (since 1782) a few steps away from the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini and the famous street Via San Paolino, the Antica Locanda dell'Angelo (the Angel's tavern) a few meters from the square of San Michele, Trattoria da Giulio, Trattoria Gigi and Locanda di Bacco not far from Via Fillungo.
