Hotel Futura Centro Congressi This was a very outdated, sad hotel, with a very difficult entry way: you go through a grocery store parking lot, with a lot of people loitering outside, to get to the entry. The breakfast was totally stale, and poor, although the service people were trying very hard. The front desk person was very helpful. The room WAS clean and comfortable. There was locked parking for a reasonable fee, right in the hotel outside the lobby, which WAS a positive. Our purpose for this night's stay was to be near the airport, which we were, so it met it's goal. The price was right, as well. So overall, maybe I would recommend it for an overnight before an AM flight.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi Hotel was billed as being close to the airport...and it was, BUT at the airport I was informed that the taxi fare would be higher because it is located in Casoria, which is considered outside the limits of the city of Naples. I paid 50 Euros to go from Capodichino Airport to the Hotel. However, in the morning when I took a hotel-arranged taxi to the airport, it was 25 Euros. The staff were more than friendly and helpful... the desk clerk let me use the office computer and printer so I could perform on-lilne check in for my flight the next day. They accurately handled my wake-up call (right on-time), and the desk staff was helpful in directing me to various stores. One great thing is that there is a modern supermarket right next door, and it is open on Sunday. The online information indicated that the hotel had a restaurant...it did...BUT it was not fully functioning. Apparently the only other guests at the time was a large group of German tourists, and they had a contract for meals to be included. I did eat at the restaurant, but I was told there was no menu....but that I could have what the Germans had contracted for. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice meal. However, when you are told there is an in-house restaurant, one assumes that it will be a full service one, and that there would be menu from which one could choose what they wanted to order. On the ground floor of the hotel building there was a Gelati shop which stayed open until at least 11:00. There were crowds of people coming and going and the front of the hotel apparently is a "meeting spot" for socializing... including very loud teenagers and young people. Since I had an early flight the next day and needed to get to bed early, I didn't appreciate the noise outside my window.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi Our visit started very badly when we arrived at 10 pm to be told that we didn't have a reservation and there were no rooms available! After an initial panic we persuaded the night receptionist to recheck our email reservation and he eventually conceded that he did have rooms for us after all. Things went uphill after this and we had a pleasant stay in comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. The breakfast staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would recommend this hotel despite the stress of our arrival, although if coming from the airport by car it is not as easy to get to as the map suggests. Other plus points are a great ice cream parlour at the front and a fantastic family restaurant just opposite the hotel.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi The best thing about this hotel was the friendly service. The staff at reception and in the breakfast hall were incredibly friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to get us information etc. The only drawback was the location. It is indeed only about 20 minutes away by bus from the centre as your website says but the buses are infrequent and a taxi cost me 27 euros back from the centre during the day and 35 at night. The room was clean and spacious though and the shower was great.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi We found the staff exceptionally helpful. We arrived too late for the restaurant but they saved a dinner for us and served it to our room. We actually took longer to arrive than we said so the dinner was cold. So they wheeled the tables away, warmed the dinner and brought it up to us again. When we returned to stay for our last night everyone remembered us and were very welcoming. Our only problem was that the directions from the airport to the hotel were rather basic and we got lost, alarming at night, in Naples, in a hired car. It was further from the airport than stated in the online information.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi Super hotel. 4 star remodeling to a 5 star. Excellent restaurant across the street and a supermarket behind. Drive to airport is around 15 minutes via three freeways. Get directions from the hotel staff before attempting the drive. The only negative to the experience was not the fault of the hotel. It is the mounds of garbage that ruin the view on the street and this seems to be the norm in Naples.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first room we were given had a very heavy smoke odor. The front desk immediately checked with the manager and gave us another room that was odor free and larger. Very nice breakfast. The front desk allowed me to use their Internet. Elevator direct from the attached secure garage parking was a plus. Parking is $7 euros per day. We wanted a hotel close to the airport. The staff gave us excellent directions and we were at the airport in 10 minutes. After staying in numerous hotels in Italy the Hotel Futura was closer to a four star hotel. Construction and renovations were going on, but did not interfere with our stay.

Hotel Futura Centro Congressi Hotel tres bien situe a 10 mn de l'aeroport. La petite attention du chocolat et du lit ouvert pour la nuit est tres agreable. Difficulte a trouver une station service pour faire le plein de la voiture de location sur le trajet hotel- aeroport.
