Hotel Joyfull Un buen hotel para quien busca un hotel en condicones cerca del aeropuerto. Lo peor, el desayuno (zumos en especial), pero teniendo en cuenta que entraba dentro del precio de la habitación, no hay mucho que replicar.

Hotel Joyfull No es un hotel céntrico pero fácil de llegar al centro de Nápoles con el transporte público y no muy lejos del aeropuerto. Habitaciones un poco anticuadas pero completamente equipadas. Buen desayuno con capuccino excelente.

Hotel Joyfull Lo cierto es que yo no puede disfrutar de las comodidades del hotel, llegué muy tarde por la noche y salí a las 5 de la mañana para coger un vuelo. El hotel lo cogí por estar cerca del aeropuerto y por eso a mi me sirvió perfectamente. Solo comentar que está situado en una zona un poco desolada y muy parecida a un poligono industrial.

Hotel Joyfull Hotel bien situado, si queremos salir al día siguiente al aeropuerto, la zona donde se encuentra es bastante deprimente, muy cerca de las vías férreas y de la autoestrada, cuando llegas al hotel parece una isla entre tanta desolación, muy cuidado y muy limpio, las habitaciones son grandes y acogedoras, el desayuno está bastante bién.

Hotel Joyfull This was an excellent hotel room was spacious and clean as was the lobby area. Close to the airport.

Hotel Joyfull My only complaint is that there is literally no restaurant or retail shops nearby. The area is very sketchy; lots of ladies of the night waiting for pickups at night. I didn't feel safe. However, I only needed to stay one night very close to the airport. If that's what you need and don't mind not going out, this is a good place.

Hotel Joyfull The cleanliness & the newness of the hotel.

Hotel Joyfull I had to pay full taxi fare, 20 euro from the airport to the hotel. It seems no shuttle service from airport to hotel. The area of the hotel didn't feel safe, slummy location.

Hotel Joyfull The Hotel Joyful is quite hard to find. It was luck and persistence that we were able to find this hotel. We actually drove past other more obviously advertised hotels to find the hotel Joyful. They need to improve the quality of their signs on the roads to the hotel. When we got to our room it was spacious, clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a pity that there are no restuarants close to the hotel as the set menu was very unsatisfying, after eating so well during our Itaian hoilday.

Hotel Joyfull The "set menu" was not good at all. The staff were considerate but the person who cooked our meal was NOT a good cook. The meal was not worth the 40 (2 people) euros we paid, PLUS a "service charge". We did not get our wake up call on time.

Hotel Joyfull It was close to the train station and airport but in a pretty not so great neighborhood

Hotel Joyfull Staff were HORRIBLE. I would not go back based on them. Also stated there was a shuttle to airport but there was not. Never answered the phone when called. It was bad because of staff and quite noisy.

Hotel Joyfull The hotel was okay, but it was not nearly as close to the airport as I expected, and the route to and from the airport is not so easy. Since one has to pay for an expensive taxi ride to and from the hotel, it might be better to get a more expensive hotel closer to the hotel that has its own shuttle.

Hotel Joyfull The hotel was great, but the neighborhood was bad. I would not want to walk in the area. We flew out of the nearby airport the next morning so we did need to leave the hotel. The price was great.
