Our Hotel is the ideal choice for a holiday on the Amalfi Coast. It is situated in the centre of Amalfi, on the seafront, just a short distance from the "Duomo" and the main square. From the Hotel you can enjoy the stunning views of Amalfi and its beautiful coastline.

Hotel La Bussola is open all year round. It has terraces with wonderful panoramas, it is tastefully furnished and offers all the facilities necessary to make your holiday on the Amalfi Coast a memorable one. These facilities include lifts, airconditioning, spacious communal areas, a roof garden, a sun deck by the sea and a private car park.

Our restaurant specialises in local cuisine and we have an American bar where you can enjoy an aperitif or an after dinner drink.

Our hotel is environmentally friendly as certified by "Certificazione di Qualità Ambientale ISO 14001-04"

Our aim at the Bussola Hotel is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possibile. One way in which we do this is by paying particular attention to the way in which rooms are furnished, maintained and cleaned.

The hotel was originally a pasta factory. The rooms situated in the area where the pasta was once dried are spacious and have large balconies.

We have paid particular attention to furnishings and décor which are simple and comfortable. All of our rooms have wonderful majolicas decorated with art by some of the most important ceramic artists of the Amalfi Coast.

Our rooms differ according to the facilities offered and are priced in three categories, Superior, Class A and Standard.

Standard rooms have Ensuite bathrooms with a shower/bath and hair-dryer, Balcony with a sea view (not all rooms), Satellite Tv, Telephone, Minibar (not all rooms), Safe
Classe A rooms have Ensuite bathrooms with a shower/bath and hair-dryer, Balcony with a frontal sea view or a lateral sea view, Air conditioning, Satellite Tv, Telephone, Minibar, Safe
Superior rooms have Ensuite bathrooms with a shower/bath and hair-dryer, some have a Jacuzzi, Balcony with a sea view and some rooms have a terrace, Air conditioning, Satellite Tv, Telephone, Minibar, Safe

Cómo llegar

The Bussola Hotel is in the centre of Amalfi and the Amalfi Coast. It is situated on Lungomare dei Cavalieri,16 on the sea front. Saint Andrew's Cathedral, the bus station and the port, from which you can take a boat or the hydrofoil, are walking distance from the hotel.

The Bussola (the compass) is not only the name of our hotel but also a reminder or our ancestors who introduced the compass to the rest of Europe. The name is also appropriate as we still continue today to act as a guide to our guests.

Hotel La Bussola Veary pleased with hotel and our stay was enjoyable. Our one criticisim was that we could never get served in the hotel bar due to only one staff member being on duty.

Hotel La Bussola il ristorante è di alto livello e lo chef cortese presente e simpatico, la vista dalle finestre è straordinaria, la spiaggia bella e comoda, peccato il garage che è problematico ma temo che sia istituzionale nella zona. comunque da ritornare e da consigliare

Hotel La Bussola servizio accoglienza molto distaccato con spiegazioni brevi e insodisfacenti, servizio parcheggio da incubo visto che per uscire devi programmare le giornate. servizio ristorante eccellente complimenti ad antonio il metr. e allo staff. servizio spiaggia ottimo , bagnini molto professionali ed accoglienti. camere buone ed insonorizate al punto giusto con vista da mozzafiato. se la reception fosse più calda e accomodante il tutto sarebbe ottimo visto che non mi è stato accordato una camera ad un piano inferiore, come da contatto telefonico mi era stato quasi promesso , per motivi di inutilizzo dell'ascensore (perchè sono claustrofobico).
