Reflected in the waters of the Venice lagoon and only a short walk away from St Mark’s Square, the Locanda Vivaldi hotel offers its guests the pleasure of an exclusive stay in such a unique and unforgettable city.
This small and refined boutique hotel,
a pearl in the heart of Venice of dreams, art, culture and music will
surprise you with its personality and with kindness and helpfulness of
its staff.
Stuccos, gildings, marbles and antique furniture
will welcome you to this inn, a Venetian residence decorated according
to the ancient tradition with precious fabrics, curtains, drapes,
oriental carpets and illuminated by the warmest light of the blown
Murano glass chandeliers, small artistic masterpieces which are fruits
of the our glassblowing masters’ experience.
Whatever your need, from an informal meeting to a small congress, from having a drink with friends to worldly occasions, the answer is here at the Locanda Vivaldi hotel.
All 27 rooms of the hotel are decorated following the
rules of the Venetian style and tradition: precious wall fabrics,
curtains and drapes, oriental carpets, stuccos, gildings, Murano glass
and vases, chandeliers and appliqués created by glassblowing Venetian
masters enrich the rooms and make them even more welcoming when they
already offer your comfort and services such as a satellite TV, musical
channels with cable radio, a telephone with direct external line,
air-conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar.
Standard rooms, 11 in total, are decorated in refined Venetian style. They overlook the canal Rio dei Greci or the internal courtyard. All the rooms have air-conditioning, safe, mini-bar, telephone and
satellite TV. Some of the rooms which overlook the courtyard have also
a Jacuzzi bath while the others have a shower-sauna.
All the 11 superior rooms of the hotel overlook the Basin of St Markand
offer a breathtaking view that sweeps at 180 degrees: from the Lido
coastline, the island of San Giorgio, the island of Giudecca, the
Dogana’s point with the Church of Salute and up to the columns of St
Mark’s Square, with its imposing Doges’ Palace and the famous bell
tower. All the rooms have bathrooms with a Jacuzzi bath.
There are 3 suites available to our clients. Two
of them have a marvellous view over our internal courtyard and are
composed of two separate rooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. The
third one, being much bigger, is composed of two separate rooms, each
one with en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. This one, like its
terrace, overlooks the most beautiful canal Rio dei Greci that is
adjacent to the hotel.
Situated on the third floor, the two Junior Suites of the hotel are distinguished by uniqueness of their details: the Red Room has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Basin of San Mark: on the other hand, the Green Room overlooks our internal courtyard. Both of them have got a small living room and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. On request, it is also possible to prepare these rooms to host up to 4 people.
