Cómo llegar
By car:
The nearest motorway exits are: A27-Belluno to the south (72 km) and
A-22 Bressanone to the north (87 km). Driving from south, Cortina
d’Ampezzo can be conveniently reached on motorway A27 from Mestre to
Pian de Vedoia (Belluno) connected to the national road 51 of Alemagna.
It takes about 2 hours from Mestre. On the north, from A22 Exit at
Bressanone, take the road to Dobbiaco. From Bressanone exit to Cortina
it takes about 1 hour.
By rail: Cortina can also
be reached by train. If you prefer this means of transport, the main
railway line is Venezia S.Lucia – Calalzo di Cadore, then transfer to
Cortina by a connected bus service . Often, the railway line
Padova-Calazo is used by travellers coming from the north-west of Italy
(Milan).
By bus: The Dolomitibus website provides information on timetables. At Calalzo railway station there are bus connections to Cortina.
By air: the nearest airports are Venice, Treviso, and Verona in Italy and Innsbruck in Austria.
