A 38-metre tower, which represents the tallest building of the area, the rooms and the restaurant offer a superb panoramic view over the ancient walls of the near medieval town of Cittadella.
Tradition and modernity, a long experience in the art of hospitality: this is Hotel Palace, with its 52 rooms and 9 floors, the prestigious gourmet restaurant “La Campana d’Oro” with two halls on the ground floor and one on the 9th, the English-style pub, “Oxford Pub” with a cosy restaurant and a pizzeria, two meeting rooms, a summer terrace, free internet access and WI-FI connection in the rooms, elevator, a wide parking lot (also for buses) and garages. Soon you will also find an outdoor swimming pool and a wellness centre with fitness room and solarium.

Hotel Palace organizes your meetings putting at your disposal two conference rooms: the largest one can seat up to 150 people and gives direct access to our marvellous terrace with panoramic view on the walls of Cittadella, ideal location for your brunches, coffee-breaks and cocktail or tea- parties. The other function room is more intimate and for up to 30 seats. Both are endowed with a video and overhead- projectors, a large screen, microphone and a flip chart.

Our 52 rooms of different typologies can accommodate up to 115 people. They are all endowed with ensuite facilities (bath tab or shower) and all the accessories (air condition, phone, TV colour, hair-dryer, mini-bar and safe), WI-FI Internet connection and a balcony with a panoramic view over the medieval walls of Cittadella.

Our elegant gourmet restaurant “La Campana d'Oro” is the ideal place to taste some of the exquisite local and traditional specialities, sometimes revisited in a more modern style, with meat and fish menus. Two eating areas are available on the ground floor: an intimate and smaller hall which can accommodate up to 50 people and a larger one with 130-150 seats, perfect choice for your banquets, wedding cerimonies, dinners, business and private parties, etc.

If you rather want to try our chef's excellent meals in an easier and more homely environment, Hotel Palace invites you to try the Restaurant-Pizzeria “Oxford” where you can find a tourist menu, a richer menu à la carte and a great choice of pizzas and appetizing bruschettas.

Soon there will also be another eating area in the terrace on the 1st floor with a coffee bar and a self-service restaurant.

And ... if you want to reach the seventh heaven ... Hotel Palace welcomes you to the fine panoramic restaurant on the 9th floor where you will have a candlelight dinner while admiring the ancient walls of the town and tasting our special fondues à la chinoise, à la bourguignonne, and ... dulcis in fundo ... our chocolate fondue!

The hotel was erected a few steps away from the beautiful Cittadella, a medieval town whose walls date back to the XIII century. Cittadella lays in the heart of the Pianura Padana, rich in flavours and tradition, 70 km far from the Dolomites and the Mount Grappa, at easy reach to the main cities of the region (Venice 50 km, Vicenza 20 km, Padua 25 km, Treviso 35 km). This small town is famous for its walls, as they represent one of the best-preserved examples in Europe of a medieval defensive system. There are four entrances to the town, represented by four Gates orientated to the main closest towns and each in correspondence with the four cardinal points: Porta Treviso towards East, Porta Padua towards the South, Porta Vicenza towards West and Porta Bassano towards the North.

Together with the neighbouring towns of Asolo, Bassano del Grappa, Castelfranco Veneto, Marostica and Possagno, Cittadella constitutes the famous “Exagon”, six cities of art in the heart of the Veneto Region, located in an enchanting natural environment and linked by many historical events and traditions.
