Hotel Terminus The staff at the Albergo Terminus are wonderful. They were extremely helpful and attentive to every request. However our room was on the small side, tucked up under the eaves. Beautiful decor, but small. If we had been staying longer we would have had to find an alternative. One strange thing; the hotel is not among the hotels know to the GPS system provided by Maggiore/National. You need to input the address.

Hotel Terminus I have stayed in hotels from Gleneagles to the Waldorf and the hotel Terminus was one of the very best. It had that rare blend of quality and friendliness that only the best otels have. I loved my stay at the Hotel Terminus and I look forward to staying there again.

Hotel Terminus The location and the service of the staff were very good. However I dont think the rooms are 4 1/2 star standard. We stayed in a 4 star in Brussels and you could not even compare the 2. The rooms need to be refurnished. They offer they have parking but when you arrive it is additional. This is not stated. Overall we were just there to sleep and this was fine.

Hotel Terminus I was very pleased with our choice and relieved that the actual hotel was in fact better situated and far nicer than what I anticipated. So often the internet description positively exaggerates the hotel and on arrival one is so disappointed. This was certainly not the case with the Terminus. The location was in fact unbelievably convenient. Being so close to the ferry and the station and the main shopping areas was a real plus.

Hotel Terminus By and large everything went really well at the Hotel. The room for 3 was very small, so small we wondered how they would fit in a third bed. However, the staff were very helpful and as there was a single room available they gave it to us free of charge. This certainly made our stay more comfortable.

Hotel Terminus Les chambres nous ont offert des vues magnifiques sur le lac de Côme. L'hôtel est bien positionné pour rejoindre le centre-ville à pied. Très agréable le petit déjeuner..aussi avec vue!
