Hotel Tiziano Venecia

Hotel Tiziano is an old house of fourteen century, completely restored, situated in Dorsoduro district, near the San Nicolò of Mendicoli Church, one of the most ancient in the city (around the end seventh century A.C.).

Hotel Tiziano offers to our guests fourteen rooms, located in three floors, with a view on Calle di Rielo and on the Canal of Terese. All our rooms are furnished with fine venetian style . The red and ochre draping along with the tapestry give each room a warm atmosphere. The two suites on the third and top floor with a view on the city's roofs are ideal for a very romantic and memorable stay. All our rooms have all the comforts you need: air condition, safe, mini bar phone, flat screen TV, internet access, free wifi, etc. Each room has a marble bathroom with shower and bathtub, hair dryer and courtesy line.
Our hotel offers a rare service for the city of Venice: two rooms for the disabled, with a bathroom completely equipped according to the latest quality standards.

For our clients we prepare every morning a big breakfast with home made cakes, fruits, fresh bread… and other little surprises.

Cómo llegar

Coming from the railway station: From the railway station of Venezia S. Lucia take the "Vaporetto" (Actv public boat) line n. 2 direction “San Zaccaria - Lido" and get off at San Basilio station. From San Basilio to the hotel Go straight into alley called “Calle del Vento” (open plaza with well); cross the second bridge toward the church called “Chiesa di San Sebastiano”; go back of the church, trough a plaza with a well, toward the next church (“Chiesa di Sant’Angelo Raffaele”); see a sign “Salizada de la Chiesa” and turn right; cross the first bridge and then turn left, pass one bridge on left, go two streets pass bridge; see sign “Rielo” on a building, turn right at Calle Rielo: we are at number 1873.

Coming from the airport: From the airport Marco Polo take the bus n. 5 and get off at Piazzale Roma. Once there you can take the "Vaporetto" (Actv public boat) line n. 2 direction "San Zaccaria-Lido" and get off at San Basilio station. From there follow the instructions above. You can also take the boat ALILAGUNA (public transport boat from the Airpot to Venice – Ticket costs € 10,00) and get off at San Zaccaria stop (San Marco Square). From there, take Vaporetto n. 82, direction Ferrovia and get off at San Basilio stop. Once there, follow the instructions above.

Coming from the bus station: You can park your car in Piazzale Roma and then take the Vaporetto (Actv public boat) line n. 2 and get off at San Basilio station. From there follow the instructions above.

Coming from the bus station on foot: From Piazzale Roma , you will find the Rio Novo right in front of you, and to your right there is the famous "Tre Ponti". Take the Fondamente Tre Ponti", You will recognise it by the Hotel Arlechino, and follow it until it comes to junction with "Fondamente delle Procuratie" on the right. Keep going on this walkway until you reach the end and here you will find a small bridge made of wood, and this will take you to "Calle della Maddona" Cross this street and turn left onto the Fondamenta dell'Arzere. Keep fallowing Fondamenta dell'Arzere to the end and turn right on Fondamenta Barbarigo. The second street on your right is Calle Rielo, the street where we are located, at the end near the Canale delle Terese.
