EL Hotel URBIS, 2/Estrellas, reestructurado e integralmente renovado en el curso del ano 2003, sea en los implantes tecnologicos y de seguridad, sea en los arredi y en la tapiceria.
El hotel urbis se encuentra en el centro ciudad, a pocos pasos de los sitios historicos mas afascinantes y proprio a un costado de la Estacion Centrale Termini, Y al capolinea del trasporte publico, el cual constituye un excelente punto de referencia para turistas siendo comunicado con autobus y metropolitana.
Nuestro personal profesional y cortes, plurilingue tendra esmero de ofrecer a cualquier huesped la completa asistenzia para ofrecer una agradable estancia en un ambiente tranquilo y reservado.
Los precios son muy economicos, particularmente elaborados para una
clientela que quiere pernotare a Roma gastando lo justo y ofrenciendo a
todos la posibilidad de una agradable permanencia romana.
Por consecuencia el Hotel URBIS es particularmente seleccionado por
jovenes estudiantes que deben efectuar largas permanencias en Roma.

El hotel se ubica al segundo piso de un edificio historico dotado de ascensor y las habitaciones (con y sin bano) son funzionales, modernamente decoradas, todas equipadas de tv a color con recepcion de programas satelitales, aire Acondizionado (solocitarlo), con uso gratuito di Internet (solicitarlo ala administracion), depositos de valores.
El desayuno viene servido preso cafeteria convenzionada adyacente y el costo adicional es d euro 3,00 por persona.

Hotel Urbis La limpieza y calidad del hotel deja mucho, mucho que desear. Pagamos por una ducha que no existía. Las sábanas, las toallas... daban grima. El edificio es viejo y el ascensor es de risa. No incluye desayuno. Lo único aceptable es su ubicación.

Hotel Urbis I needed to be close to the rail station and it was just over the road, cafes close by and buses for City tour five minutes away.

Hotel Urbis Perfect (but somewhat noisy) location about 50 metres from Rome's central station. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They helped with the room, advice for places in the city and storing my bag even after I had checked out. The only problems were with the bathroom (I chose a shared bathroom) which could have been cleaner. The other minor problem was the presence of a mosquito in the room which was a comment voiced by previous visitors to the hotel on this website. They are only small problems and when compared to the location, friendliness and good value I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel Urbis I give props to the staff members who stayed up really late awaiting our return. They also had a computer with Internet that you could use for free, but the second day it wasn't working. Overall, not a bad hotel, but I think I would probably try somewhere else next time for a better price.

Hotel Urbis We stayed two nights, spent one night in Rome and then returned for one night. The last night, our room had the bathroom with toilet and shower in one corner and the sink in the opposite corner of the bedroom. Each night we had a mosquito in our room. My wife was bitten several times. The walls were dirty - I think there were mosquito remnants. I like the complimentary internet access. This hotel is very convenient to the Termini.

Hotel Urbis The room smelled like stale smoke and contained an ashtray, though when we asked about a non smoking room we were told that all the rooms were non-smoking and there was nothing they could do. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom a bit odd and the walls especially thin.

Hotel Urbis For some strange reason the free internet was not available between midnight and 8am. This is the best time to communicate with the Australia.

Hotel Urbis We have stayed at hotel Urbis in September 2006 for 4 nights. We were welcomed by receptionist Gianni, who was very helpfull and took time to give us tips about sightseeing in the city. The hotel is very near to the Termini station, which is very convenient. Also the rooms are very good, clean, and not noisy at all. So we definitely recommand staying at hotel Urbis. Hotel Urbis Hotel staff have no idea of what 'customer service' actually is and are plain rude on purpose or so it seems. The beds were absolutely past-their-best, gave us back ache and smelt. Our window didn't shut properly and although we had stated on the room request that we would like air conditioning, there was none.

Hotel Urbis L'hôtel est d'une propreté qui laisse vraiment à désirer. La douche pour toutes les chambres de l'étage était dans un tel état que nous avons renoncé à l'utiliser.

Hotel Urbis Séjour en famille avec enfants de 7 et 9 ans. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Les gens pénibles auront toujours de quoi être mécontents, en ce qui nous concerne, pas de problèmes. Situé juste à côté de la gare Termini, pratique lors de voyages assez courts.

Hotel Urbis Nous avons eu droit à une chambre (sale !) avec un "cabinet de toilette" également sale et délabré dans lequel tronait, presque au dessus du lavabo et des wc une "pomme de douche". Cette merveilleuse "douche" était agrémentée d'un rideau sale et moisi qui, nous collais à la peau lors de la prise de "douche". Tout cela pour 110 euros par nuit. C'est absolument scandaleux !!

Hotel Urbis Es ist ein einfaches Hotel, wobei es ist alles da, was man braucht. Es liegt ganz gut, man kommt vom Hauptbahnhof zu Fuss dahin.

Hotel Urbis War nur eine Nacht dort und nur kurze Zeit im Hotel. Meinung ist deshalb nicht wahnsinnig repräsentativ. Konnte aber Koffer noch einen ganzen halben Tag nach offizieller Abreise im Hotel deponieren, was ich geschätzt habe.

Hotel Urbis Im internet war Frühstück mit im Preis angegeben.Vor Ort stellte sich heraus ,dass es gar keine möglichkeit zum Frühstücken gab. die Dusche mit Klo wurde bei Benutzung von weiß ich wieviel Menschen ein mal täglich gereinigt und ist schon nach glücklicher Erstbenutzung förmlich ausgelaufen.Alles andere war für einfache Ansprüche ok.
