The Hotel Villa Edera is a brand-new hotel classified as a three-stars superior hotel located in the Lido within 2 minutes from the public landings to St. Mark's Square, reachable within 10 minutes walk. ideal for holidays at the sea, business trips, congresses and to enjoy the International Film Festival or to play at the Casino, the hotel is an excellent starting point to visit the fascinating Venice city...
All the 22 rooms are decorated in an beautiful Venitian style. All are equipped with: air conditioning, heating, telephone, minibar, safety box, terrace (on request), all facilities with bathtub or shower and hair-dryer and satellite TV.
In summertime breakfast is served in our blossoming garden.
Cómo llegar
The Hotel Villa Edera is located few steps away from the public landings to St. Mark's Square, reachable in 10 minuts by public vaporetto waterbuses. The waterbuses lines n. 1 - 52 - 6 - 14 leave every 5-10 minuts all day and every 20 minuts all night (ticket costs EUR 5, 1 day ticket pass EUR 12 , 3 days ticket pass EUR 25). It is very easy to reach the hotel:
From the highway : just follow indications to Venezia until the end of the long bridge over the lagoon until you will see indications to Tronchetto Park. This is the parking - terminal where the ferryboat that brings the cars directly to Lido (departs every 45 minutes and takes 30 minutes to arrive).
From the airport : there are 2 ways to reach the hotel. The easiest one: at the airport exit towards the lagoon you'll find the public waterbus Alilaguna that brings you to the LIDO ISLAND, the second stop after Murano island (departures every hour, takes 45 minutes, costs for a ticket is EUR 11 per person). The second way is to take the public bus at the exit on the road direct to the bus terminal Piazzale Roma (15 mins. trip ticket EUR 3) and there change to the public waterbus line 51 every 20 minutes direct to the Lido (30 minutes trip).

Once you get off at Venice Lido, just follow the large main avenue across the square for about 150 meters, until you will see the via Negroponte street (second street left after the big hotel "Le Boulevard"). A few steps down the street you will be in front of the hotel.

Hotel Villa Edera Aunque tuvimos un percance al llegar: nos asignaron una habitación en la planta baja que estaba llena de moscas y olía muy mal pues había llovido y había agua estancada, nos quejamos y nos asignaron una habitación en un piso alto, muy linda. El hotel es muy lindo, pequeño pero cómodo. El desayuno es variado y la atención es bueno. Lo mejor del hotel: La Ubicación, pues queda en El Lido, una isla junto a venecia, preciosa, a 15 minutos en Vaporeto de San Marcos. El hotel queda a 3 calles de la estación del Vaporeto. Volveríamos !!!

Hotel Villa Edera Herrliche Lage, man kommt zu jeder Tages- und Abendzeit überall gut hin. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nicht super freundlich aber vielleicht lag es auch an der Sprache. Wir waren relativ lange da und es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen.

Hotel Villa Edera Die Lage ist zur Bootsanlegestelle sehr günstig, wir waren in 15 Minten am Markusplatz. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber sehr sauber und ordentlich. Gerne wieder!

Hotel Villa Edera Ein Faktum, für das das Hotel nichts kann: bedingt durch die Streiks am 15.5. (die Fähren zwiwchen Lido und Tronchetto verkehrten an diesem Tag nicht) mussten wir kurzfristig einen Tag vorher auschecken und verloren damit 80,00 € für eine nicht konsumierte Nacht. Der Rezeptionist sah sich nicht in der Lage, uns einen Nachlass zu gewähren.

Hotel Villa Edera Zimmer etwas klein. Frühstücksraum etwas eng. Mann hätte sich für das Bett auch 2 Bettdecken bzw. Oberbetten gewünscht. Aber angesichts des Preises und der Lage waren wir trotzdem zufrieden.

Hotel Villa Edera Das Hotel liegt ruhig und man erreicht den Fähranleger zum Markusplatz tatsächlich in ca. 5 Min. Fußweg. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man Venedig besichtigen möchte. Wir würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Lediglich die Dame an der Rezeption war bei der Abreise sehr unfreundlich!
