El hotel de negocios ‘Le Cheminée’ se erige sobre la estructura que albergaba la antigua fábrica de cerámica ‘Stingo’, operativa en Nápoles desde finales del siglo XIX.
El edificio ha sido reestructurado y transformado en un elegante hotel de 4 estrellas extremadamente moderno y con una clara identidad de hotel de negocios, si bien conserva aún en sus espaciosos ambientes las atmósferas artesanal y protoindustrial típicas del siglo XIX.
Causan sensación algunos elementos de la estructura original, tales como la gran puerta de entrada, la escalinata de piedra lávica y el techo de bóvedas.
Se ha mantenido igualmente intacta la chimenea del antiguo establecimiento, que se dibuja en el cielo de Nápoles con sus ladrillos desnudos, dando lugar a un sugestivo contraste con las construcciones futuristas del cercano Centro de negocios. Es precisamente la chimenea la que da nombre al hotel de negocios: ‘Le Cheminée’, elemento distintivo del refinado logotipo que hemos elegido.
Los huéspedes, tras cruzar la antigua puerta de entrada, se adentran en un vestíbulo con grandes bóvedas, superficies luminosas y vidrieras, y se sumergen en un ambiente totalmente insonorizado que permite vivir con absoluta tranquilidad en pleno centro neurálgico de Nápoles.
Toda la planta baja rodea y circunda el antiguo patio interior: la sala de lectura, el área de negocios, el solario y las restantes zonas comunes enmarcan el encantador claustro (chiostro en italiano) que da nombre al homónimo restaurante.
Garaje asociado a 10 m y aparcamiento para autobuses y autocares gran turismo a 2 Km.
Este establecimiento hotelero dispone de 43 habitaciones dobles de distinta tipología, todas amuebladas y decoradas con estilo, dotadas de aire acondicionado autónomo, insonorizadas, con caja fuerte y área de negocios, con conexión directa a Internet y línea ADSL.
Cabe hacer hincapié en el elegante kit de bienvenida formado por una vasta gama de artículos de baño. La decoración y colores de los azulejos varían de una habitación a otra, abarcando desde aquellos pintados al mosaico rectangular y 15x15.
El American Bar tiene su propia carta de aperitivos y cócteles, al tiempo que es un ambiente privilegiado tanto para transcurrir momentos de relax como para socializar con motivo de eventos deportivos o mundanos, entre otros.
A escasos metros del centro de Nápoles, el hotel de negocios ‘Le Cheminée’ es fácilmente accesible desde cualquier rincón. En un radio de 3 Km, se encuentran el aeropuerto de Capodichino, la estación ferroviaria central, la estación de metro de Plaza Garibaldi, los enlaces con las autopistas A1-A16 y la circunvalación. El Centro de negocios, sede comercial para bancos, compañías de seguros y de todos los organismos y Administraciones Públicas, dista apenas 1 Km.

Le Cheminee Business Hotel Clean Hotel with friendly staff near the airport. The hotel rates were a value. Good Food. Ask for a room off the street. The street lights and blinking cross walk signs illuminated my room all night. However, the taxi ride will cost between 16 - 18 Euros depending on your driver I guess. The hotel quoted 16 and the driver asked for 18.
