Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa is located few minutes from the airport and from the motorway. Airport and city Centre are easy to reach by car or taxi. Its convenient position, makes it great for cultural and gastronomic excursions in Pisa, and Lucca areas.
Famous throughout the world mainly for its Leaning Tower, the city of Pisa merits being explored for its rich charm and places of historical, architectural and cultural interest.
All 153 rooms have been conceived to assure maximum comfort: soundproof walls and windows, wireless high-speed internet connection, minibar, in-room safe, lcd tv set, direct telephone line, laundry service, air conditioning and room service.
The restaurant is on the first floor of the hotel, where an old glass factory used to be located. It has maintained the architectural form and is able to seat up to 350 guests. Large and bright, the room can be subdivided to ensure more privacy during business lunches, social dinners or other group events. National and international dishes are served daily, with a taste of Tuscan delicacies accompagnied by an extensive selection of wine.
There is also the possibility to choose special menus for guests with coeliac, vegetarian or food intolerance requirements.
Cómo llegar
By car you can reach the hotel extremely quickly: from the Pisa centro motorway A12 exit by following the road for Pisa/Firenze and exiting at Darsena Pisana.
By plane and train, taxi is outside the airport and station.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa Nos ha encantado. El desayuno genial! Lo único que fue un problema es que tienen un servicio de transporte "shutlle" que va genial pero sólo funciona hasta las 22:00 y nosotros llegamos al aeroipuerto a las 23:30H. y tuvimos que coger untaxi. De todas formas es un hotel muy bonito y agradable.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa We were very happy staying here. We liked the location close to the airport but still within distance of sights. They have a shuttle that will take you to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Comfort was good and hotel was next to cafe with great coffee.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa Other than the overall experience (over three different stays in two weeks), the outstanding "aspect" was the front desk employee. He went out of his way to accommodate us in the stay itself as well as the transportation requirements we had. Our first stay was selected for convenience (near the airport), but our next two stays were because of the staff. If we're ever in the Pisa area again, it will definitely include a stay at Golden Tulip. Thank you very much, Lawrence and Sheryl Julian Honolulu, Hawaii

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa We stayed here because we needed to be near the airport for an early flight and also to see the historic centre of Pisa. The hotel was perfectly situated for both.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa We had an early flight departing from Pisa and our friends recommended this hotel to us. Wi-Fi Internet connection was only in the pubblic areas. We loved breakfast, especially the cakes. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa Enjoying the sights of Pisa. Good transfers by shuttle bus to and from the hotel. Helpful reception staff.
Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa No breakfast for early risers as promised. The buffet breakfast was curled up sandwiches and mineral water!! Had to buy breakfast at the air port despite having paid for breakfast at the hotel.

Golden Tulip Galilei Pisa Good value for money and any location issues with regard to Pisa and airport overcome by availability of shuttle service (sadly we did not realise till later this also served main Pisa attractions as well as station).
