N4U Guesthouse is not a Hotel, it's a Charming Bed and Breakfast located in the Historical Center of Florence, at the II floor of a XIV Century Palace, between Dome and Uffizi Gallery.

As many buildings in the Historic Center, N4U does not have lift, but the kind staff will help and welcome you from 2 pm till 6 pm every day. For your relaxing moments you can enjoy the SPA and Wellness Center, at 500 meters walking distance.

Internet WiFi, coffee and tea set facility, minibar with water and breakfast served in your room are all free of charge services.

All the rooms have external views by the Historical Center on Via del Proconsolo, and feature with air conditioning and private baths, some Ensuite others Offsuite. All baths are equipped with “Rain Effect System” showers, warmer towels and hairdryer.

Breakfast is not included. It costs EUR 9 per person per day. Breakfast is served in the room and offers: espresso, milk, hot sweets, butter, jam, honey, yoghurt, orange juice.
