Reglas de cancelación del hotel: Puede anular su reserva sin penalización dentro de 3 dias de la llegada (hora italiana). En caso de no show o en caso de reserva no anulada a tiempo el Hotel carga una penalización correspondiente al 100% del valor de la reserva
Términos de pagos: Sólo se necesita tu tarjeta de crédito para garantizar la reserva (a menos que se especifique lo contrario en los términos de la venta del hotel). El importe de la reserva será pagado directamente en el hotel. El hotel se reserva el derecho a validar la tarjeta de crédito antes de la fecha de llegada.

Condiciones: The apartment can host up to 6 people. Upon request is possible to add 2 extra beds. Guests sleeping in the extra beds will have to pay 10 euros per person per day on spot. Check-in place Via Torino 135, 00184 Roma (close to Teatro dell'Opera) from 3pm to 9pm. Late check in is possible only on surcharge: in case of check in after 9pm guests are required to pay an extra of Euro 25.00, in case of check in after midnight guests are required to pay an extra of Euro 35.00. During the check-in guests will receive the apartment's keys and all the necessary information to reach the apartment booked. Please note that from January 1st 2011, a city tax exclusive of the room rate will be charged at 2€ per person per night directly at the hotel.
