In the dining room, head waiter Luciano Gervasoni welcomes guests with courtesy and professionalism, and helps guide them towards the most appropriate choices. Wine expert Franco Garrone will advise you on which wines provide the best accompaniments, allowing you to choose from over 200 labels from some of the best producers around.

Last but not least, the wood grill which looks out across the dining room allows diners to savour the wonderful natural aromas (and subsequently, the flavours) of the freshest fish and the finest meat.

The American-style bar between the foyer and the restaurant is a welcoming and relaxing way to spend some time, where expert barmen will prepare you internationally renowned cocktails and serve you delicious nibbles..

In the adjoining room, thanks to its elegant layout, breakfast is served with a rich buffet including such delights as marmalades and jams like your mother used to make, warm croissants and cakes made by our very own baker.

The same room is also ideal for coffee breaks for your business meetings, with hot and cold drinks and our own delicious pastries.
