Villa Dei Papiri Siracusa

Dipped in the green of this vast natural reserve Villa dei Papiri is essentially made up of a convivial place of 500 square metres, where breakfast is served every morning on a rich sideboard buffet with cappuccino, coffee and tea, yogurt and fruit, confectionery and local oven products as well as meats and cheeses. In this lounge it is possible to relax on the comfortable and pleasant couches, to read a book, to listen to the music, to watch tv, to be connected to internet (free access point or wireless connection with your own laptop), or even to sit down to the splendid tail piano that completes the warm furniture to play one of your favourite passages.

Adjacent to the hall there are eight suites with equipped kitchen: studio apartments from 40 up to 65 square metres (three double, three four-bed and two five-bed-ensuites), with a loft for the night zone (double canopy bed and single beds/use couch), the equipped kitchen and the bath with shower are on the ground floor. Every suite has got air conditioning/ heating, hair dryer, liquid soap, tv colour and refrigerator; the entry is independent and overlooks the common garden with reserved table for pleasant outdoor breaks.

100mt away from the main structure there are three attractive annexes with sixteen double rooms: they vary according to the size (standard 18mq, superior 22mq, exclusive 26mq) and the endowments: the bed is always double with possible canopy, the exclusive rooms have the refrigerator, and all the rooms have the air conditioning/heating, tv, bath with shower, hair dryer and liquid soap. Besides there are two double rooms equipped for disabled people, and outside there are reserved tables with chairs and a relaxing garden too.

For all the setups daily cleaning is guaranteed with change of bed and bath linen every 3 days

The parking lot is free and adjacent to the rooms, pets are welcome and it is possible to add the half board at the nearby Villa Cristina, managed by the same family, where the most delicious Sicilian gastronomic specialties can be tasted (meat or fish).

The staff of Villa dei Papiri is always happy to suggest excursions and activity for the leisure time of its guests, offering therefore the possibility to relax and to taste the beauties of the place, relating to the sea (the nearest  sandy beach is the “Arenella” and it’s just 10 minutes drive away) or to the sport (golf, mountain bike, canoe, excursions etc..).

Suite: an open space structure on two levels (ground floor and balconied floor). It has a living area of 45 to 65 sq. meters divided in living and dining area with cooking area containing the necessary needs for serving food, a shelf, table and chairs, one or two single sofa/bed, bathroom complete with shower, bedroom on the intermediate floor with a queen-sized double bed, a single bed (only in the bigest suites), a wardrobe and two bedside cabinets. The furniture and decorations (beds, tables, chairs, ceramics) are hand-crafted and of the highest quality. The suites and the rooms are centrally heated and have air conditioning.
